IS YOUR CLUB PROPERLY COVERED?
CLUB LIABILITY PROTECTION INCLUDES:
Comprehensive General Liability -- $2,000,000.
Tenants legal Liability -- $1,000,000.
Medical Expense -- $ 2,500. any one person
-- $ 25,000. aggregate
Personal Injury -- $2,000,000.
Forest Fire Fighting Expenses -- $ 50,000. per occurrence
-- $ 50,000. aggregate
Directors & Officers Liability -- $2,000,000.
$1,000. deductible applies to Forest Fire Fighting expenses, $500. to all other coverages. The Comprehensive General Liability rate is $2.30 per member. The additional premium if liquor exposure $10.00 per 1,000. Liquor receipts subject to a minimum $50. per event.
The Policy EXCLUDES all losses due to bodily injury or property damage resulting from use of firearms or archery operations.
MINIMUM PREMIUM PER CLUB IS $300. plus 7% PST
Directors & Officers coverage is subject to receipt of the following PRIOR to binding:
